I hope you are all having a lovely Sunday and are outside and enjoying this glorious sunshine! Some vitamin D was definitely what i needed and in between writing my dissertation i managed to get down for an ice cream by the sea which was perfect! Today was also the first day i have bared my pasty legs and i cant believe I've been able to do so in March!
Midi skirts and dresses have always been something that i avoid as being a short person i always thought they could make you look a bit dumpy, but contrary to popular belief i was totally wrong and i think this could be my first midi skirt of many to come! It is the perfect length for this time of the year. I never want to seem eager and wear shorts at the first sign of sun, although i do want to! Its also high waisted which really helps to draw in your figure and which makes the fit really flattering. I teamed it with a white cropped jumper as i don't thing you can go to mad when you're wearing polka dots already! I also got to dig out last years sunglasses which i love, i'm on the look out for some new quirky ones though, anyone know of any good places to look?
What do you think of this outfit? Do you like midi skirts? How have you been enjoying the sunshine this weekend?
