OOTD| Tropical bomber

Crop top - Urban Outfitters
Bomber - Primark
Jeans - H&M
Heels - Deichmann
Clutch - New Look

The weather has been less than ideal over the bank holiday weekend and the frequent showers make taking outfit pictures a nightmare.. The sun shone in between the showers yesterday so I seized the opportunity! Another beautiful Primark addition to the wardrobe is this tropical bomber, it's seriously my new found love! They also have a matching pair of shorts which I'm on the hunt for as my store don't currently stock them, let me know if you spot them anywhere! I also wore this outfit on bank holiday weekend as it was far too cold and rainy for a dress or shorts and this was the perfect happy medium. Cannot stop wearing these heels either, they are seriously comfy and I hate walking in heels during the day too!

I hope you enjoyed reading, James is down for the week and we are off to Newquay today yippee, I'm just hoping the weather is okay but I'm not counting on being able to catch a swim in the sea, maybe next year!

What do you think of this outfit? Do you like bomber jackets?

Sharing the blog love #1

This is a post I have wanted to incorporate into my blog for a while now. I read A LOT of blogs, and I love discovering new ones all the time and I also like reading over posts like this who share some of their favourite smaller bloggers allowing them the exposure that they deserve! I'm thinking if people like this type of post then it will definitely be a regular feature as I have recently stumbled upon many amazing lesser known blogs through twitter chats, social media and from readers on my blog leaving their link. Without further ado I want to introduce to four fabulous blogs that you may or may not have heard of before!
I am SO glad I stumbled across Kirsty's blog a couple of months ago. Curiosity took over when I realised she was living in Finland, if you didn't know I spent a year on exchange there so whilst I'm still coping with the loss of the beautiful country I'm living my life through her and get excited at every lifestyle/travel post that she does. Her writing style is so witty and her posts always leave me laughing! You can also find posts about fashion and beauty, a really fab all rounder and I guarantee you'll feel the same way about her blog! Her photography is also flawless too as is her Instagram, so many pretty pictures!
I cannot praise Jessicas blog enough, she was one of the first bloggers I ever met a whole year ago on twitter and she is just the nicest girl you will ever talk to! I have been reading her blog since about day one and I have really seen it come on in leaps and bounds! Her regular posts always keep me coming back, bringing you the latest trends, her personal fashion, lifestyle and beauty and fashion, another great all rounder blog. I love the variety that she offers and I am so impressed that she always has different ideas for posts! As if her blog and herself wasn't amazing enough she always leaves the nicest comments on all of my posts!
I envy Chloes style SO much! She always puts outfits together so well, being the epitome of chic and simplicty. She has upped her photography so much in the last few months with a new camera and I always look forward to seeing her latest looks. She's also started doing a few lifestyle posts which I love (I'm super nosey!). I'm the same with my blog really I do love posting my daily outfits but I love writing lifestyle posts too and I think its great that shes got the balance just right!
Last up is the amazing Sarah who is just the loveliest girl that I regularly speak to on twitter and the likes! She is so inspirational and from living with a chronic illness (unfortunately like myself) I can really relate to her trials and tribulations and love how she pushes on and writes such a lovely blog! Another blogger of a bit of everything I never know what she might be posting next which I love. Even though I'm a fashion blogger I think lifestyle blogs have to be my favourite and I love her posts like this, but shes a good all rounder and throws in some fashion and beauty into the mix too!

I am so glad to have met so many amazing and lovely bloggers over the last year but this is merely a tiny dip in an ocean. There are too many amazing bloggers out there that deserve recognition like this and I feel that myself included are often overshadowed by the super bloggers which I know many bloggers are all familiar with. Sharing the blog love is so important and I have so much more to give! I would love for you all to check out these amazing blogs. Please let me know if you liked this post and if you would like to see something like this again?

Do you read any of these blogs? Do you like posts like this? If you have done something similar please link me up!

OOTD | Floral shorts

Shorts* - Minkpink via Psyche
Blouse - Hollister
Necklace - Bikbok
Bracelet* - Fapos
Boat Shoes - Sperry

Without a doubt this will be the last time I wear anything remotely summery, I'm such a wimp when its gets cold. I cant even remember how I used to cope in Finland when it was -30 degrees! These Minkpink via Psyche shorts are just beautiful I absolutely love the high waisted cut and how they drape perfectly, I love shorts that look like skirts too with no worries of them blowing up in the wind! They are currently in the sale too for just £24.50, over half price! There are lots of colours running through the shorts so I teamed it with an old white blouse from Hollister, the mint embellished collar matches perfectly with the colour in the shorts. I do love this blouse but its quite see through and doesn't exactly keep me warm. I'm on the look out now for a crisp white shirt that will look fab layered under many cosy jumpers, any ideas where I could purchase one? Roll on Autumn!

I hope you all have a lovely Bank Holiday weekend, what are your plans?! What do you think of this outfit? Have you heard of Psyche before? Will you be packing your summer clothes away now?

Scent City niche perfume | Review

30ml Alice & Peter Perfume* £40- Scent City
You may have seen this gorgeous Alice & Peter Fancy Choco perfume pop up on my Instagram (NicoleLsage) a while back, well the Scent City will launched their website on the 18th August and are selling a whole host of products like this perfume. The Scent City is an exciting new retailer of niche perfume and luxury interior fragrances. This scent offers something really creative and unique to the normal fragrances on the market which you can buy anywhere, wearing a niche perfume from the scent city can ensure individuality and wearing something different to everyone else!
I have been testing out the Fancy Choco perfume which is just one in the range of Alice & Peter perfumes. Also available is the wicked berry, cheery cherry, bloody orange and showy toffee which are all just as show stopping in the looks and smell department as this one! The packaging is always what first attracts me to a product and this just excels in every department. It really is that one step ahead of the mainstream perfume department and I absolutely love the colouring and that the packaging is appropriate to the scent of the perfume.
Onto the most important aspect of a perfume and the main selling point which is the scent! It's described as being 'a modern duo of mint and citrus take flight to an isle of tropical fruit'. This perfume contains a lot of different notes to the scent and the base scents contain chocolate, amber, vanilla amongst others. I wasn't too sure what chocolate would smell like in a perfume but i'm completely converted! Every time you smell it you get a different note to the perfume, the underlying chocolate smell is ever so subtle and and the citrusy/tropical scents make it really fruity and light which makes it a perfect scent for the warmer months.
The bottom of the box contains more informative information about the scent, again I just love the packaging and colours of the product!
Overall as a scent I absolutely adore it, its so different to other fragrances I own and if you're looking for something out of the ordinary and different to typical scents then head to Scent City to discover some more of their amazing niche perfumes!
