Sorry about the lack of posting at the moment, i'm almost into the last week of uni now before breaking up for the Christmas holidays yippee! Unfortunately every single deadline, exam and presentation is in the last week so my time is being devoted to that at the moment! But i am so excited to devote a lot more time to my blog over the Christmas period and i have lots of exciting posts planned for you, so thanks for sticking around!

Okay, so i promise this is the last in the series of 'faux fur' outfits now haha i also need to stop buying anymore items to do with fur. If you read my post on the vintage fair i went to about a month ago you will have known that i picked up this gorgeous coat for only £35 which is fab for a faux fur coat as they are usually priced around £80. Today was the first day i wore it as i feel i need the extra warmth from it now, i did get a few odd stares though so hopefully they were admiring it or either disgusted to think that i was wearing real fur as the fur on this coat does look really authentic, oh well let them stare haha!

I still love my crushed velvet leggings that i bought a while back and i teamed them with these cute frilly socks which i was obsessed with in the summer and bought far too many pairs!! I think it adds a cute extra bit of detail to this look but the fur coat does really do all the talking in this outfit!

What do you think of this outfit? Do you like fur coats?

Lou Lou's Vintage Fair Southampton

On Saturday i went to a Vintage Fair in Southampton at the guildhall, it was the first i have ever been in England and i loved it soo much!! Whilst i lived in Finland i had many opportunities to go to flea markets and second hand shops which really do sell the best stuff and they aren't like charity shops in England at all, so i was very excited about this one! There were 50 different stalls selling clothes from the 1940s to the 80s including lots of gorgeous furs, bomber jackets, christmas jumpers, sequinned dresses, the list goes on. There really was so much on offer as well as a gorgeous tea room that was set up which was selling the best cakes! But of course i didn't leave empty handed!! I bought the most gorgeous faux fur jacket for £35 which is such a steal and something i have been looking for forever,my room now smells like an antique shop from the coat haha!! Anyway,I hope you enjoy my pictures from the event!

Gorgeous tapestry bag from paris,i was in love!

GORGEOUS tartan, i had to remember i didnt need anymore of the stuff!

 Real fur collars and hats

They even sold cute bits and pieces for the home
