What I got for Christmas!

Christmas-Presents
Weeks were spent in anticipation for Christmas day which as always the big day flashed before our eyes! I had the best Christmas and was lucky enough to get Boxing day off work too at the last minute which I was eternally grateful for as I landed myself a horrible cold which was probably overdue seeing as I hadn't had one in 2 years!! Anyway, I hope you all had a fabulous Christmas too? I feel incredibly lucky for the lovely presents I received from my family and James, and like I did last year I thought I would share with you what I got! I love having a good nosey at what other bloggers got for Christmas too so please link me up below if you've also shared your presents! I'll let the presents do the talking in this post, enjoy!
 Santa came...
Paddington-Bear
Paddington Bear and Paddington bear pjs from Primark - I am obsessed!
Lush-Cosmetics
Lush probably makes me the happiest girl in the world, delicious smelling rose jam shower gel, candy mountain bubble bar and a gift voucher to buy some more beautifully smelling bath bombs!
Boots extracts body butters and A FROSTED FLAKES LIP BALM!! So the blog Christmas wishlists were successful after all hehe!
Lee Stafford nourishing shampoo and deep nourishing hair treatment. Lush charity post body lotion and macadamia dry styling hair oil - this is such great stuff, I swore by it when I was working in the states for hydrating my sun damaged hair! Beauty products make me way too happy..
Hair towel wraps and a frog shower cap!
H&M boots! I pretty much searched 30 H&M stores in the UK for these, finally found these in London, they are soooo gorgeous and well worth the wait!!
Virgin-Experience-daysVirgin-experience-days
EEEK! Best present that I could have asked for from James, a virgin experience which includes a view from the shard and a Thames sightseeing cruise. Sooo excited to get to do this together in the New Year!
Elf DVD and vue cinema voucher!
Hot water bottle and socks - so cosy!
Mini purse from accessorize and OPI the Muppets polishes!
Carte Blanche snow globe - so pretty!
This is legit the cosiest, fluffiest and warmest dressing gown that I have ever owned, it's like being hugged by a massive marshmallow, it's heavenly!
Happy-Jackson-boxes
Bamboo tights - they last for soo long! Happy Jackson lunch boxes, yey! I finally have the full set and they are sooo cute, great incentive to eat healthier snacks in the new year.
The most boring present award goes to...haha only joking although my mum said this before I opened it, but it's an essential as I work so early in the mornings that I can get a much faster getaway with this baby!

IWOOT | Last minute quirky gift guide

1. iGlove - Touch Glove for iphone £6.99
2. Waterproof notebook* - £9.99
3. Pussy Magnet - £9.99
4. Icrayon touch stylus for mobile devices - £6.49
5. Travel edition scratch map - £10
6. Duck moodlight - £8

With one week to go until Christmas Eve i thought i would do one last gift guide showing you some unique and unusual quirky gifts that you really cant find on the high street. All of these presents featured are from I want one of those and are all under £10!
1. This is a perfect present for most people who own a phone! I didnt realise gloves like this even existed until a few weeks ago. There is nothing worse than having fingers so cold that you are unable to text or use your phone so this is the perfect answer to those problems!

2. I was actually lucky enough to test out the waterproof notebook. I was quite baffled as to how this would actually works as it claims to be 100 percent waterproof,non-smudge and 80 tear out pages. After using this i was so shocked that it actually is waterproof, as you can see from the picture below! It is amazing! There is nothing better than being able to sit in a bath and write down your thoughts/to do lists without the fear of dropping your notebook in the bath! An amazing present for all age groups.

3. I love the pussy magnet as much as i do the name! I am forever losing paperclips and can never find them when i need them, this is a perfect stationary present for the workers in your family.

4. This is another great edition for your mobiles. I have never used a stylus pen before but i can see the attraction of them as my fingers are accidentally knocking different letters on my texts and accidentally liking peoples photos on Facebook haha, we have all been there! It is also not just an ordinary stylus pen but its shaped as a crayon, even better!

5. A scratch off map is actually something i have been after for a long time. As an avid traveller i like to see where i have already been and plan on where i want to go to next, im also a bit of a geography geek in the sense that i love knowing about all of these different places in the world, this is a perfect gift for the traveller in your life or even for children wanting to learn more about the world!

6. Last up is the duck moodlight which is a gift for all the bath lovers out there, i know the majorty of females are anyway! Baths are relaxing enough but i love the idea of a cute duck light in the bath and it is also much safer than candles!
Well there you have it, the final gift guide of 2013! What do you think of these gift ideas? Would you like a waterproof notebook this Christmas? Have you finished all of your Christmas shopping yet?

BHS Christmas Gift Guide under £10

With almost 2 weeks to go until the big day now I've compiled some of my favourite gifts for under £10 which have all been featured in the BHS Christmas advert which you can watch below. Its definitely one of my favourite Christmas adverts this year and i think its so cute,it definitely appeals to all age ranges. Wouldn't we all love it if our presents came to life, it definitely reminds me of Toy story!

BHS really do have some great gift ideas this year which can fit into anyone's price range this Christmas. I picked out a few of my favourite gifts which are all really reasonably priced at £10 and under and this is just a tiny selection from what is on offer from their website.

1. First up is the one of the main stars of the advert which is the monkey hottie which i think is one of the cutest looking hotties i have seen and i would love this as a present this Christmas! There are also other alternatives to the monkey hottie that you can choose from, this would be a perfect present for most age ranges as who doesn't like snuggling up and keeping warm in the winter?!

2. Love heart sweets have always been something i associate with my childhood years and this would be ideal for children and teenagers as an extra stocking filler with the added bonus of a money box to keep after the sweets have all been eaten!

3. I've never seen such a snazzy looking biscuit tin, it also comes with a selection of biscuits inside and the leftover box is a nice memento to store something in afterwards.

4. Mr Men will never go out of fashion and i think this would be an ideal present for a man, i'm thinking especially my dad in particular haha. They also have this mug in Little Miss Sunshine and Little Miss Chatterbox which is a fantastic alternative for presents for girls.

5. Lastly is the cutest owl mantle piece decoration, the colours make it look festive but it could be used all year round. Owl decorations have become really popular this year and i have seen them in various different shops but for £8 you cant go wrong!
